Products & Fulfilment

All After Hours products are made on demand.

We do not hold inventory in advance.
Each item is produced after an order is placed and prepared specifically for you.

Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be changed once confirmed

  • Sizes, colours, and quantities should be reviewed carefully before purchase

Minor variations in colour, print placement, or texture may occur as part of the production process.


Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Paddle, our payment partner.

We do not store or have access to your card or payment details.

Once payment is completed:

  • Your order is considered final

  • Fulfilment begins shortly after confirmation


Shipping & Delivery

Processing typically takes 24–48 hours.
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days, depending on location.

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors are outside our control.


Refunds & Replacements

Because products are made on demand:

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Preference changes

    • Ordering errors

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Approved cases will receive a replacement where applicable.


Use of Website

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site

  • Attempt fraudulent purchases

  • Abuse customer support or systems

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.


Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including designs, text, and imagery — belongs to After Hours and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

After Hours is not liable for:

  • Delivery delays beyond our control

  • Minor production variations
